Hosted at Art Metropole!

Get Your Lit Out! – A Night of Readings is a free night of readings just in time for Pride Toronto - Fearless 2006.

Get Your Lit Out! features a variety of talented authors in the queer community:

● Mariko Tamaki
● Zoe Whittall
● Debra Anderson
● Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha
● Kristyn Dunnion (a.k.a Miss Kitty Galore)
● Sandra Alland

Come listen to these favourite performers and other local darlings read from previously published books or new works-in-progress.

Local performance artist Jess Dobkin will be hosting the evening, so watch out!

Food and refreshments will be served. This is a free, all ages event. We regret that the event is not wheelchair accessible.

WHEN: Wednesday, June 21st, 2006
WHERE: Hosted at Art Metropole in the queer west end at 788 King St. W. (just west of Bathurst St., upstairs).
TIME: Doors open at 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Don’t miss this essential Pride event!! Come early to grab a seat, check out the space, and each other.

Performers will have books for sale and readers will be available for book signings. Another reason to spoil yourself – Art Metropole’s shop will be open, with books and artists’ multiples for purchase.
